Gender equality
Our vision for Gender Equality at TPG Telecom is an equal future for all. In the telecommunications industry, women comprise just 33.5 per cent of the overall workforce and 25.8 per cent of key management personnel (Source WGEA Data Explorer) We are not satisfied with the status quo, and we know that focusing on the attraction and retention of female talent will lead to better outcomes for our people, our business and our customers.
First Nations Reconciliation
At TPG Telecom, we’re committed to a more connected, sustainable, and inclusive future for First Nations peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate, and our people, customers and community live, work and connect. Our vision for Reconciliation at TPG Telecom is a more connected future where all Australians understand, respect and embrace First Nations cultures. Our vision for Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage is to establish a culturally safe environment where the richness of race, ethnicity, and cultural heritage is celebrated and barriers such as racism and discrimination are eliminated. We recognise the role we can play in advancing racial equality in Australia and seek to address systemic and behavioural change.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and others (LGBTQI+)
Our vision for LGBTQI+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and others) inclusion at TPG Telecom is to create safe and inclusive spaces free from homophobia, transphobia, violence and discrimination.

Parents & Carers
